Chiropractic Manipulative Therapy (CMT)

Chiropractic Manipulative Therapy (also called a chiropractic adjustment) is a specifically directed force to the joints of the spine/body. The therapeutic effects of chiropractic adjustments have been well documented and have been shown to be very beneficial for a wide variety of complaints and conditions.

Chiropractic adjustments can increase spinal range of motion, increase blood flow (which increases the nutrients brought to injured areas), increase healing properties, decrease pain, and decrease muscle spasm (just to name a few).

At NEW SPINE CHIROPRACTIC we have received additional training in adjusting the joints of the spine and the other joints of the body, such as: shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, ankles, and feet. We also have a variety of adjusting techniques such as: diversified manual adjustments, drop table adjustments, speeder board adjustments, and instrument assisted adjustments (activator). Many people prefer “light” adjusting techniques, we can cater to your preference!

It is very important to have healthy joints that allow our bodies to move properly without pain and dysfunction. Maintaining joint mobility with frequent adjustments will not only decrease your pain, but it can also improve your quality of life! Treat your body right and get a “tune up” frequently at NEW SPINE CHIROPRACTIC –  you will feel the difference!

Move More. Live More.
